The Asylum 2010

The hospital had a little accident. Someone burned it to the ground, but before it did, a few of the patients escaped through the tunnels under the city. Through the filth of the underground, they found their sanctuary in the basement.

Making a new home for themselves, but still fighting the demons that put them in the hospital in the first place. They altered their environment to recreate these demons, and now, you must survive their psychosis.
